Today me my cousin and sister made some cupcakes. Some of the cupcakes were red velvet and the others were triple chocolate. It was really fun making. My Aunty and Uncle were the Judges and they said it AMAZING!!!. It taste really nice.

I chose Latisha because the colours that she used really stand out

What would you do next time to ensure your artwork is just as good?

I would choose my colours differently next time to make it look just as good as Latisha’s artwork.

If you were going to give this person a rating out of ten what would you give it and why?

I would give Latisha a 10 out of 10 because she used contrasting colours in her art which made her art stand out.

My Artwork Reflection

Reflecting on my Andy Warhol themed portrait

1. Are you pleased with your Andy Warhol themed portrait? why / why not?

Yes, because it looks really creative.

2. What did you find easy when you created your portrait?

I found tracing over my pencil sketch with a fine marker easy because you just had to trace over it.

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your portrait? -think about tracing round your face, outlining your face using a black marker pen, dabbing areas using the dye, dying the background.

I found dying my artwork tricky because there was some little spaces that I couldn't  get into.

4. Who / What helped you when you were creating your portrait?

Fine and Caitlin helped me with my artwork but most of all Miss Paton.

5. What would you do differently next time? Think about: tracing around your face, features on your face, dabbing the dye colours, colour choice, photograph, time management skills.

I would work on my colour choice next time using contrasting colours like red and green.

6. What frustrated you when you created your Andy Warhol themed art work?

The thing that frustrated me was drawing my face with a pencil because I had to press really hard.

The Red Poppy Drama

This is a book that my teacher Mrs Eeles read to us. It was a book on World War 1. The main characters were Jim, Karl and a dog named Nipper. We had to do still images of Jim, freeze frame of Jim and Karl and a group freeze frame. When we did the freeze frame I worked with Caitlin, Fine, Samantha and Jharda'e. Our options for the freeze frame was before rescue, during rescue and after rescue. Me and my group did during rescue. Fine was Jim and the rest of us was rescuing her. I think my group was good at freezing when the teacher counted up zero. I played Jim when me and my partner Fine were doing Freeze frame of Jim and Karl. When I was Jim I was shot through my hand. I think I was good and freezing.

My World War 2 Timeline

This is my timeline on World War 2. As you can see it shows when World War 2 started and when World War 2 ended. My timeline shows that Adolf Hitler committed suicide on 30 April 1945.
